A mixed varietal that is in the center of the red wine spectrum, with medium level of tannin, acidity and alcohol.

Colour: Dark ruby red.

Nose: Aroma of red-fruit flavors of cherry, plum and raspberry.

Palate: Subtle hints of vanilla oak are very much in the background, giving the wine complexity and balancing the sweet fruit flavor.

Recommendations: Pairs well with spaghetti carbonara, pork casserole or pie. Chinese style duck pancakes with hoisin sauce.
